GENERAL CONTRACTOR · BALI · EST. 2024
One contractor for every construction job in Bali
We pour foundations, raise walls, close roofs, run the wiring and hand over the keys — and we also do the hundred smaller jobs nobody else wants to quote: piles, wells, septic systems, gabions, epoxy floors, glazing. Our own crews, a named engineer on every site, and a fixed written price before we start.
- Fixed written quotes
- Own crews, no brokered labour
- Weekly photo & video reports
- Workmanship warranty in the contract

SEC 01 / WHAT WE DO
Every trade on one work order
Eight departments cover the entire life of a building site. Book one trade or hand us the whole programme — either way you deal with one office and one accountable engineer.
SEC A
Design & Pre-Construction
Surveys, soil data, drawings and permits — the unglamorous work that decides whether a build runs smoothly or becomes a rescue job.
SEC B
Structural Works
Foundations, piles, concrete frames, masonry and steel — engineered for Bali's soils, seismic loads and 2,000 mm of annual rain.
SEC C
Roofing & Envelope
Roofs, glazing, canopies and pergolas that survive UV, salt air and monsoon rain without constant patch-ups.
SEC D
MEP & Utilities
Power, water, drainage and wastewater for new builds — sized correctly, installed once, documented properly.
SEC E
Waterproofing & Protection
Structural waterproofing, leak detection and timber protection — stopping the two things that ruin buildings here: water and termites.
SEC F
Specialist Finishes
Machine-laid screeds, epoxy floors, stone restoration, decking and bamboo — trades that need their own crews and their own tools.
SEC G
Wellness Construction
Commercial ice baths, infrared saunas and spa servicing for villas, gyms and retreats across Bali.
SEC H
Building & Support
Complete homes and commercial premises, extensions, and the heavy equipment to move the earth underneath them.
SEC 02 / TRACK RECORD
Built, delivered, documented
Townhouse complexes in Berawa, villas in Ubud, Pererenan and Umalas, and a 3,500 m² residential development — every one of them finished, handed over and lived in.
SEC 03 / HOW WE WORK
A process you can audit
- 01
Site survey & brief
An engineer walks your land or building, measures what matters and writes down what you actually need — free, anywhere in Bali.
- 02
Fixed scope & quote
You receive an itemised scope of works with quantities and a fixed price. No allowances that quietly double later.
- 03
Build with oversight
Our own crews do the work; a named site engineer checks it against the drawings and sends you photo reports every week.
- 04
Handover & warranty
You get as-built documentation, test results where relevant, and a written workmanship warranty — then we come back if anything moves.
SEC 04 / BUILDING RESPONSIBLY
Building for a small island
Bali gives a builder sun, rain and volcanic soil in generous quantities. We design around them instead of fighting them — it makes buildings cheaper to run and easier on the island.
Water counted twice
Rainwater harvesting, recharge pits and bio-septic systems on our builds keep groundwater where it belongs — in the ground.
Local materials first
Volcanic stone, Javanese teak alternatives, bamboo and locally cast concrete cut transport emissions and support Balinese suppliers.
Waste sorted on site
Concrete offcuts become fill, timber offcuts become formwork, and what's left leaves the site sorted — not dumped in a ravine.
Passive before active
Cross-ventilation, deep eaves and correct orientation reduce air-conditioning loads before a single compressor is specified.
Chemicals with datasheets
Termite treatments, coatings and admixtures are chosen with documented safety data — important on an island that drinks its own groundwater.
Built to be repaired
We detail buildings so parts can be maintained and replaced — a roof you can re-coat beats a roof you must rebuild.
SEC 05 / CLIENT WORDS
What owners say after handover
They quoted line by line, then billed exactly that. In two years of building in Bali this was the first time the final invoice matched the first one.
Our septic, well and foundations were done by three different quotes from other companies. BCW did all three in one mobilisation and the site was clean when they left.
I manage properties remotely. Their Friday reports are the only ones I never have to chase — photos, numbers, next week's plan, done.
SEC 06 / QUESTIONS
Straight answers first
Do you take on small jobs, or only full builds?
Both. The same crews that build our housing projects also install a single septic tank, drill one well or lay one epoxy floor. Small jobs are how most clients first test us — we quote them with the same written scope and warranty as a full build.
How do you price work?
After a free site survey we issue an itemised scope with quantities and a fixed price in IDR. Guide prices are published on every service page so you know the ballpark before you even message us. The final number moves only if the scope moves — and then in writing.
Can you work while I'm overseas?
Most of our clients are abroad for at least part of their project. You get weekly photo and video reports, a shared progress album, and payments tied to completed stages you can verify from the reports — not to dates on a calendar.
Are your prices in IDR and do they include materials?
Yes — quotes are in Indonesian rupiah and itemise labour and materials separately, so you can see exactly what you're paying for. If you prefer to supply your own materials, we'll quote labour-only and tell you honestly which materials are worth buying yourself.
Do you provide a warranty?
Every contract includes a written workmanship warranty — the duration depends on the trade (structural work carries the longest cover). If something we built moves, cracks or leaks within the warranty period, we come back and fix it at our cost.
Which areas of Bali do you cover?
All of it. Our crews are based around Denpasar and Canggu, and we run projects from Uluwatu to Ubud and out to the east coast. Site surveys are free island-wide.
